I will never stop loving Burrito Express. Ana was so very friendly and the food was as fresh and tasty as I remembered it. My kids commented, “The chips are gas” and “Pretty Good” which are raving reviews.
Long time weekly customer, ever since the new west side Roswell store opened this location in College has gone downhill. New people so the expensive burritos are suddenly much thinner (less eggs/meat/fillings), the foil is wrapped very sloppy and the drive through attendant spends more time chatting or on their phone than handing food that's been sitting there. Sad because they're the best burritos in town.
I’m really disappointed in my order. Especially after I gave an excellent review not too long ago. I always get the chicken quesadilla with extra jalapeños and 2 steak burritos. The guacamole was already browning and the quesadilla was harder than what I’m used to. Not to mention the chicken was partly cold? There were no vehicles ahead of me in drive thru and maybe 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot. So I don’t think it was because the wait. I don’t know, but I’ll be taking a break from this place for awhile.
From the water, to the service, to the burritos, this place is an all out wonderland. The music, the vibes, the atmosphere- I traveled all the way from Dallas just for these world famous burritos, and I will come back any day of the week to get more! And let me tell you Jared at the front desk was by far out of This world.
The staff is AMAZING! We took a large group of AP Literature students before their visit to the museum and they were incredible! They did not panic about the large group. They just went to work and brought our students’ orders out quickly and let our students just sit and enjoy their morning. We’re always so impressed with them!

Steak burrito tasted like pot roast in a tortilla. Also got spicy pork tacos which were excellent. Did both an online order and in person. In person was faster and got my online order 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Convenient location
